Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 100% of the amount of the booking paid is refunded 7 days before the trip date, and 50% is refunded 5 days before the trip, and none of the amount can be refunded after that.
- Price excluding 14% VAT.
- The price varies from Egyptians to foreigners.
After booking
- we will need a copy of the remittance, a copy of the ID card for the camp, hotel, or yacht reservation, and for the necessary permits and WhatsApp number to let you join the trip group to know more details and instructions of the trip.
Booking & Payment Methods
- You can book through the company's bank account, V-Cash, InstaPay, or face-to-face.
- You should pay 50% of the trip price and the rest on the day of the trip are paid before leaving.
- Pay through V- Cash on the number 01013143604 with the addition of 2% of the amount service fee, so you transfer the net amount + 2%.
- Bank account: Banque Misr (2850001000011998) under the name of Eg Avventura office.
- Insta Pay // 01122825513 or the Company account number.
Children Policy
- Children under 5 years old travel for free except for the seat on the bus which is provided according to the customer's request and its price is determined according to the trip.
- There is a discount for children from the age of 5:10 years, knowing
that the full program is provided after the discount which is determined according to the trip.
